Lift Pit Cleaning

We offer a nationwide lift pit cleaning service that is second to none from our Head Office in Kent.

Many unwanted items are found in the bottom of a lift pit. We clear, clean and sanitise the area and if necessary use a specialised Ultra Violet light (known as Black Light) which can identify if any urine has soaked into the lift pit floor.

If any stains are found they can be removed forever using a bio-enzymatic spray formula that literally eats the uric discolouration and odour leaving a fresh smelling lift pit. This is especially useful in some lift locations.

Triple S Lift Services also clean many restaurant/catering lifts that  may have a problem with spilt fluid or food.  

We can provide two, four, six scheduled pit cleans per year and can also attend any reactive requests for one off cleans.

• Lift Pit cleans will be carried out by x1 lift engineer.

• Remove all debris from pit area, and clean area with anti-bacterial solutions.

• After cleaning the lift pit, they will paint the lift pit floor with a concrete paint.

• If the lift pit requires pumping, an additional cost may apply.
